I have various tools I would like to donate to charity. They aren't tool truck brands, so they're not worth much money. They're used but perfectly serviceable. Does anybody know any charity that could use them?

Habitat for Humanity's ReStore takes them and resells them to raise funds for their home construction projects. Stores are volunteer staffed. I've donated power and hand tools to the several times.

Find some neighborhood kid, spend a few minutes showing him or her how to use them.

I'm sure there are a few guys here just starting out who might want them. They would be put to better use here than just being sold for a buck or two. Just a thought...

I refuse to give to to goodwill or any other "charity " that can profit
but I don't need 3 saw-alls
I have hack saw blades for every man woman and child HAHAHA

who can come get this stuff or where can I take it ?

not one thing is of value but I'm sure some one needs or can use it

I'm a member of the Huntsville Habitat for Humanity board, so on behalf of all H4Hs, thank you very much for the suggestions. If for some reason that doesn't work for you, consider donating them to churches that go on adult and/or youth work projects, or see if your own church wants to start mission projects.

And thanks to you, Blackwire, for wanting to share your tools!
