I am having issues locating 30 degree mandrel bends in stainless. I found some on Ebay but unfortunately the quality was poor. I have contacted a bunch of places but sill no luck. These are for an exhaust system with the goal being to keep the bends as "straight" as possible. The 30 degree bends seemed to be a perfect solution.

You'll have better luck searching for tube - pipe is for poop!
Any reason you're not cutting what you need from a 45° or greater bend? I've always bought 180° sections and slice and dice from there. If you're only using 30° of bend you will get several sections out of one 180°.

Columbia river mandrel benders might have them, or could possibly make some. I'd try calling and see what they suggest. They've been helpful in the past.

Find a muffler shop with a mandrel bender and they'll make as many 30 degree bends as you want.
Mandrel benders are so ridiculously expensive and have such a large footprint that you'll have a hard time finding a shop that has one. There's only one that I have even heard of existing in my entire state, for example.
