Where to Find 60/80 gallon Horizontal Compressor

I am in the process of building my shop and would like to mount a compressor up on a loft area but only have 4" of headroom. I cannot find a smaller then 120g compressor that is Horizontal and under $1500. Does anyone know of anything around?

I have thought about laying a tank horizontal and mounting the pump and motor off the unit.
