Where to find Mac Toolbox slides???

I have a slide or two that I cannot quite straighten. Where can I find a replacements? It looks like these slides are just some random Taiwanese ball bearing slide. The number on the back of one is 101994A.

Call Mac. I have a Tech1000 box that I needed a few slides for and they said that they were covered by the warranty. They shipped me new ones. This was a few years ago.
