Where to find this screw/fastener/?

My wife is replacing the vinyl strips on an old antique outdoor rocker. Here's a photo of what attaches the strips into the metal frame. Any idea where I might find these before I move to screws? I'd rather keep them all the same for aesthetic reasons. Thanks.

I think those are called "Flat-head Type 21 screws"
How long are they? McMaster-Carr carries them, but I don't know if they are long enough for your application.
