Anyone know where I can find this? I searched with "j bolt" but didn't have much luck since it's almost more of a U style. It's for an Adrian Steel Aluminum tool box. One is working the other snapped so looking to find a replacement. Anyone know where to find, or what to better call it?

Thank you!

Did you look at muffler clamps or a portion of it?

A picture would really help with a practical solution.

If the manufacturer couldnt provide it, i would probably look for a U-bolt of similar dimensions, and modify as needed.

Yeah, I had a feeling I'd have to get a u bolt and modify it. I guess I'll go that route.

Any input on struts? Need to replace one so I might as well do the pair. The problem is the diamond plate was ripped out on one side where the one strut mounted to so I was going to mount a few inches to the right (closer to the front of the box).

Should I get a little longer struts? Or just get the same ones, they were suspa C16-04445 17" struts rated for 55 LBS each.

If you change the mounting location of the strut, you are changing the amount of work it does, so you may need to change the capacity of the strut. I would just put a plate over the damage.

whats exactly are the the dimensions

Simple U bolts that look similar to that generally can found in hardware stores but usually only in small dia. sizes

I needed some 1/2" thread ones for my 3 pt rototiller one fatigued and snapped due to some vibration over the years I had a local truck spring shop form up just what I needed while I waited.
