Where to get a 'handle' for a bolt?

Thanks for all the suggestions. I ended up buying this lever for $5. It's nice and beefy and lets me apply a lot of torque. Very cost effective solution for my issue.

What is the 'adjustable' aspect of these levers?
You press the button and the handle disengages from the screw. You can move it to a different position. It is somewhat similar to a ratchet handle.
