If you are buying new get a Quincy.

I would go with Saylor Beall, but Quincy would do allsow. Do your research on the specific pump you will be getting and get a industrial model.

If you can, get a Quincy QR-25 series pump. Something around a model 325 will last you a lifetime and always be dependable. They run at a slow rpm, use an oil pump and filter to pressure lube the bearings, are easy to rebuild and to clean the valves, you do not need to pull the head.

Quincy also makes a nice compressor that is cheaper than the QR series that I still prefer over IR compressors for the same price point.
