Which concrete sealer would you recommend? Which Ghostshield?

This is a working garage. There could be welding, skid steer, car repairs, etc.... At one point, Ghostshield was recommended. Which product exactly would you recommend? Thanks.

I used a commercial concrete hardener/sealer from a concrete construction supply house.
I think it was a sodium silicate type. Just pour it out, broom around, let it sit and then wash it off with water.
It only came in 5 gallon pails and I figured I would use more when it needed refreshing but I have about 4 gallons left after about 30 years so don't plan on needing much.

I used ghostshield densifier and the 8505 product in the barn. Been down 5 years or so. Works great, does what it says.

I used the ghostshield 8510 in my shop. It was a waste of money. It was marketed as an oil repellent. It did not work for that. It does repel water pretty good.

Really? Oil doesn’t bead up at all? I hadn’t heard others echo this much, but if that’s the case I might rethink my plan a little.

I used 8505, the water based sealer. I did densify the concrete and the applied my sealer after a 7 day wait. 5 years later in a farm shop. Oil, and any other fluid gets cleaned up. Sometimes it takes a bit to clean but still repels fine.

I used Foundation Armor SX5000WB matte finish sealer from Lowes in our garage/shop.
I have a new concrete floor and garage. I want to seal against oil stains. Does this work well for you? Can you paint over it? Thanks for the advice.

It has worked well for me in preventing oil stains, as far as painting over it I have no idea. Fir that you would be best to contact the manufacturer & see what they say.
