I want to put rollout rubber flooring in a section of my garage. I am worried if I have any moisture coming up it will get trapped under the rubber floor and condense. I want to seal the floor with something quality and economical before laying out the 3/8" rubber flooring (which will be free floating in 4' by 10' rolls. Any suggestions?

Yes, what you want is a penetrating sealer, ie; one that penetrates into the concrete and is not a surface sealer...something like a sodium silicate sealer. Any "construction supply" company will have it. Roll it on is the easiest way. Good luck.

It really depends on how much moisture you have coming through the floor. There are different products that will handle increasing amounts of hydrostatic pressure. If you just have a darkening at worst, any penetrating sealer will probably work. If you have puddles developing, you need a specialized sealer, the top dogs aren't cheap either.
