Which floor coating for new garage? DIY?

I know there are tons of options for floor coatings for garages.

I'm building a 30x60 attached garage (DIY). I want an applied coating (Epoxy?), not tile or racedeck style flooring. Because it's such a large area I'd like a DIY option.

Is there an option I can DIY, that can stand up to cars parking on it and oil/chemical spills without destroying the coating? There will be a wood shop too but I believe parking/chemicals are the only real concern for the floor. Is there anything else I should be thinking about?

Thanks

I haven't even started building yet. Just in the permitting and planning stage.

Will a concrete sealer peel up if hot tires are parked on them? Is it slippery when when wet(anti skid needed?).

No pickup or slipperyness when wet with the Euclid. Actually I'm really impressed that it's so grippy when wet. When it's dry, I can slide easily under vehicles without a creeper too.

I have had one chip in the concrete so far, knocked a 50lb vice off a workbench, really just a small divit

Hi, 90% of our garage sales use either our 100% solids Armorclad Epoxy System or our SPGX one part Polyurea. Both are available in complete kits and are easy DIY projects.
