Which flooring for my garage

This is my first post to garage journal. I have been upgrading my 3 car garage with slatwall and storage shelves and now need to do something with the floors. They are 19 years old and have some spalling, cracks,etc. I have been thinking about renting a diamond grinder from Home Depot and then putting a 100% solids epoxy finish. The area is approx. 750 sq. Ft. any recommendations on products or tips to prepare rough floor would be appreciated. Thanks!

Your plan sounds great. May want to pre-fill any major issues/cracks prior to coating.

There are a lot of products on the market and the key, regardless of who you buy from is to make sure you get the right coating for your project. Tell us a little more about what the floor will be used for and what it will be exposed to. Have you done a moisture test?
