My (LG) mini split has a de humidify setting also, but they all may. I'd listen to your HVAC contractor's recommendations, some can offer an extended factory warranty if they are big enough to have the manufactures certain rating or certification. I was explained that some (mfgr) are hard for the contractor to deal with over others and subtle differences like grouping of components that were only replaceable as a whole "unit" vs the individual parts or components. My contr. only does mini splits and at iirc about 700 systems installed a year, and him having to take care of them all in one way or another. He sold Mitsu. LG & Fujitsu and explained the differences and I made my choice.
I am amazed with these things with their performance & efficiencies.

Im a firm believer in Pioneer, now that i installed one 3 weeks ago. It’s quality is comparable to the fujitsu(which i consider a premium minisplit) i installed last year this time on the other side of my house.

Here you go. One ton minisplit for $788. Cools, heats, drys. Includes lineset and misc as well. DONE. Enjoy. Thank me when it’s installed and working marvelously for you. Good luck.

Where are you located? How low of temperatures do you need the heat pump to work in?

For that small of a space you might need something that modulates down pretty low. LG makes a one ton that modulates down to like 1000 btu/hour cooling, for example.

My Fujitsu 1.5 ton only ramps down to 3100 btu/hour, as I recall.

You should see what your local HVAC guys use. Mitsubishi was top dog for a long time Fujitsu close. Diakin has very good reviews and specs highest efficiency, cooling and tied for best unit with Mitsu.
I have a bro-n-law works parts for a HVAC company he recommends Diakin lowest service calls. My recent bid for Diakin 2 ton one head unit was like $2500 installed.
All that said don't think you can go to wrong with the top 4 Diakin, Mitsu, LG, Fuji.
Again see what is local to you for service in the future if needed.

Seer is the energy rating of the units consumption. The higher the number the more efficient the unit is.

Simply put, SEER is BTU/hr divided by Watts. The higher the SEER rating, the lower your electric bill will be. However, you have to carefully consider the extra cost of the higher SEER ratings and do the math to see if you will actually save enough in electricity costs to cover the extra up front cost. In an area that doesn't require much a/c use, the answer can be no for the ultra-high SEER systems. :( On the other hand, it may indeed pay off if you live in a very hot place, with high electricity costs.
