No contest, go for epoxy - second choice. The first says it is an epoxy/acrylic and people from this forum have not been satisfied with it. As a modified acrylic it is not a patch on the two part epoxy.

Neither, both garbage! Read up on this forum, diamond grind your floor, clean it well and use quality industrial products from Scott from Legacy or Alpha...or the best option in my opinion, hire a pro ;)

Garage guy might be right, I did not want to comment on your choice of two products other than comparison.
