However, pick up some knipex cobras or alligators too. They're real handy.
either get the Snap on version of the curved diagonal cutters or channellock 447G version. They're great for removing cotter pins and once they dull, trim fasteners. Don't use them to cut wire.
Get a medium size of wire cutters, I prefer knipex because, everyone else's tend to dull too fast. only use them for wire, don't cut plastic or use them for anything else.
