Which Puller Part Is This

Help with this one please. It is marked 4034 PROTO MFG. U.S.A. I know that it is a puller adaptor of some sort that bolts to a axle. What I get when I look up the number is a different tool. Thanks again for your help.

Your description of it sounds right on but I've never seen this piece myself. Google brings up a different J4034 3 jaw puller like you said.

It's a hub puller adaptor plate for 5 lug hubs with smaller bolt circles. Thanks for checking it out for me folks.
