
Here's just a practical thought. The product comes with four tiles together-a 2'X2' square. Using a 1'X1' design (ie single tile square) would involve taking the tiles apart to put them back together again. In a space this size, using the four tile 2'X2' blocks as they are shipped is more proportional to the space, a bit more dramatic, and easier to install. For example, on Design #2, add one more row of color top and bottom and then do the blue and gray in blocks of four and see if that is the look you are after. Ditto for design #3. Most rooms we tile are considerably smaller, hence the 1'X1' designs.
