Thanks.

I might go for the Titan Ratcheting Crimper, I can buy it in a very good price locally (7pcs kit).

Bought the Knipex Cable Shears, Jokari Stripers, Jokari Coaxi, Schmitz Long Nose small pliers, Xuron cutter (small). All should arrive next week :D

WEIDMÜLLER Wire Cutter Or the Wiha, the ease of use and the blade for teflon looks awesome.

Keep in mind the Pressmaster stripper is rebranded by a lot of companies, so you may find a deal on one under another brand. Along with Wiha, here are a few other examples:

Facom "Swingo"

Gedore

Waytek Wire (inexpensive American source for Pressmaster stripper, stripper jaws, and parallel crimp system)

Phoenix Contact "Wirefox"

Sidebar: Phoenix is primarily a connector company, but their executives in charge of rebranding tools have really great taste. Basically if you see a wire-related tool rebranded by PC it's probably the best of that type of tool available. They do not seem particularly bound to any supplier. For example, their cable shears line includes both Orbis EvoShark and larger NWS models.

What Crimper is recommended?
It seems like an expensive tool.

Without even looking at the jaws, I don't recommend the Engineer ones as they're not ratcheting units. The Titan one has an unsuitable die set. The Astro and Tool Aid sets appear to have all of the relevant dies (insulated, open barrel, non-insulated). I haven't used either one. Then again, a quick disconnect on speaker wire isn't a highly stressed connector. If you can tug on the connector and it doesn't appreciably move on the speaker wire, it's an adequate crimp.

JBH - Thanks a lot for the explanation, it is helpful.

I hope to find good deal on Presssmaster Stripers, I can easily cancel the Jokari.
The WEIDMÜLLER and the Pressmaster (Facom, Phoenix, Wiha, Gedore) are the same?
I saw the WEIDMÜLLER and the Phoenix in the same price (50euro~)

I found this Facom, it is not called Swingo, but looks the same, what is it?

If I won't find good deal on the Pressmaster Crimpers, I might go with Tool Aid/Astro, it is made in Taiwan and I read few recommendations in the forum.

I notice too that all Phoenix products are aimed to be BEST (cables shears, cables stripers, coax stripers, crimpers, pliers..and that what I see, I guess there is a lot more)

I must say that buying tools can be fun :>

Replacement jaws. You always have to search for the part number for niche items on Amazon, because pictures are often wrong or misleading.

And Weidmüller is a different tool. Knipex also has their own version. Or maybe they rebrand Weidmüller, I’m not sure and haven’t looked closely.
