Looking at your post, I can't see anything wrong. Do you think something is missing?

Generally, Pole barn framing is pretty simple.

From what I have seen on this barn is, no picture. Can tell you what’s missing or not.
Do a building wrap as it makes it more comfortable.

I was able, very slowly, to get your flickr picture to show by navigating to http://flic.kr/p/2kVwH9d

There's no filename there. The forum expects a filename. I don't use Flickr, but it's probably possible to get a link from Flickr that'll work. Just need to find the right place to click, I'm sure.

The romantic hills of central Umbria, Italy,
I ended up copying and pasting the url into my webbrowser, and saw the picture. But I can't get it to post here either on Flicker or whatever else I was trying to get it to come up on...

Curious about the posts sticking over the roof line - just not trimmed, or are there other plans?

If you plan on putting some kind of chain hoist in, NOW is the time to so the additional bracing and installation of the channel or I beam the hoist will run on...

Windows along the back or side wall opposite the one with the man door for ventillation and natural lighting? Don't forget soffet vents for the same reason...

Don't ask.
What are yor plans for insulation? Now may be a good time to insulate the outside of the posts (especially the corners).
No man door or windows?

You are not using the correct URL. The IMG tag requires a file that ends in"JPG".

I took the liberty of posting the image in the quoted section above, but it can be removed. This is the link for posting your flickr image...

...and here is the image.

Building wrap! Stops the air infiltration. Decide if you want a perimeter insulation around the concrete.

Shop heat and air conditioning? Wash basin and Toilet? Electrical service? Air compressor? Media blasting cabinet? Wifi or Cat 6 cables? Upper area for storage?

It is easier and cheaper to prewire for lighting, air compressor and everything else electrical before the building is closed and insulated.

Plumbing and heat? Compressed Air distribution?

Thank you for posting the picture. I will keep trying to learn. The building will have insulation/vapor barrier under the metal. I plan on finishing the inside once prices go back down. On the near side is 3 windows and a man door. Two 10x10 doors up front
