I’ve had this plier for quite some time. It was bought a garage sale,
The gentleman had a lot of electronics type stuff, like really nice 3M anti-static mats and some hand tools. I’ve looked this up on the Internet and I can’t find anything so help a guy out.

The fourth picture, definitely, implies that someone welded on a pulling or pressing fixture onto a pair of Klein flat nose duckbills.

He probably had to repeatedly use this.

Like when a mechanic makes a specialized tool for a recall.
