This is an older complete Whitney punch set (patent 5/24/1913) with steel case. Punch & die sizes include 3/32, 1/8, 5/32, 3/16, 7/32, 1/4, 9/32. The punch works as it should having no cracks, chips or rust but note that the lower handle screw, part #5-4 which should be a knurled head thumb screw has been replaced by a slotted head machine screw. The case is steel with a nice painted finish inside but missing paint and surface rust on the outside.
