So I am interested in this

Is there any other company out there that makes these or something similar? I don't really feel like paying $420 from Snap-on.

I did a little poking around, and found these.

Not exactly what you want (minus the flex head) but pretty close. I do have to say those Snap On ones look pretty tempting.

what exactly are you looking for in a wrench set? locking flex head? Soft handle? Spline drive? Or just those exact ones for 1/2 the price?

i cant see a use for them personally, the head is quite fat, but if you can it must be pretty specific so why not buy the size or two you need instead of a whole set? If you really need the entire set just watch ebay and im sure you could save at least 50%. Matco has a similar product, its not locking but they're the same idea with the cushion handle with a flex ratcheting box end.

Blackhawk has ALMOST the same thing, only thing is there's only 1 handle...I found this:

Unless im mistaken those in metric are pretty damn rare. I dont think Stanley makes them anymore.

Matco has them, long thin handles, spline drive with a flex head. I forget how much the set was but I paid $34 for the 10mm.

Not as long as the Blue points but Mountain makes these. They resemble the Matcos
