Who has actually used aircompressorsdirect.com?

Looking to get a new compressor very soon. I have narrowed it down to the Quincy QT54. For those that have actually ordered from there, how was your experience? I used the search and see a lot of guys mention them or recommend them, but how many have actually purchased through them that can comment on their experience?

I bought a Rolair compressor from them a few years ago. They had the best price and their shipping was pretty quick. No issues.

I did about 6 months ago to purchase my quincy qp5.

I had excellent service and the pricing is about the best out there.

mine did take a bit longer because it was a special order.

I was very happy overall with them.

No issues with ACD. Good customer service. Did have a minor issue with the freight company.

The info ACD sent me with the tracking number said the freight company would call 24 hours before and schedule the delivery. They never called and the tracking info showed the compressor would be delivered on a Thursday. It never showed up and later that day I used a "feedback" link ACD sent me in one of the emails to express my concern. The next morning they sent me an email advising me they had contacted the freight company who admitted to not calling and not delivering as scheduled. They assured me the freight company would be calling that day (they did) and I received my compressor with no further issues. For my trouble, and with no prompting on my part, ACD gave me a $25 credit.

I would have no problem doing business with them again.

I bought my 80 gallon industrial air from them. Best price, shipping was quick, a little over a week from purchase to delivery, zero issues. I did have to buy their 'maintenance kit', from them to get the extended warranty, which consisted of a new belt, oil and filters, so not really a big deal.

I got a much better deal with my local Quincy supplier than what I could find from these guys.

I purchased an 80 gal air receiver tank from them earlier this year. BEST price I could find. Cust serv was great, shipping was a couple days late but they brought it out in trailer with lift gate that I didn't pay for. Also bought power washer from Power Washer Direct. I was drop shipped two washers but only ordered one. They came two days apart. I'm honest so I called them and they sent UPS out to pick up extra that day. I'll buy from them again.
