Being a great one for making my life easier I like having tools to help me with that. I found out about the rivit fan through my buddy, chassis builder extraordinaire Steve Grebeck who is unfortunately no longer with us. I bought my first one from US Tool when they were in Walled Lake, MI but it froze up and became a pain to use. When I started building this race car I bought another for Aircraft Tool on the internet for around $36. If you need to place a bunch of holes equally spaced this is the tool for you. I have attached a video I did on my MotorWerks Garage YouTube channel showing how I used it. Tool Time - Rivit Fan

My needs are generally fewer holes but wider. I could’ve find one in 48”. So it looks like I have a new project before my next big set of doors to build, so thank a lot!:giggle:

I don't really use it for rivets often, but I do use it for just quickly spacing holes or marks for other things, where I don't really care exactly how far apart there are, I just want them to be evenly spaced with reasonable accuracy.

I just bought a vintage Airstream. This might have to go into my now-growing riveting tool collection.
