Who is C-USA Tap?

Hiya, I was going through a box of tools when I found two taps that I can't identify. Any idea as to the maker of these taps? There's the measurement and then "C-USA", but that's the only identifier. Any thoughts would be great. Thank you!

Just a guess, that appears to be carbon steel so I’d say Craftsman.
