I bought a big tool lot at an auction, about 600 pounds, and I have probably 100 or so Husky USA screwdrivers in it. Who made those and when did they quit?
What style handles are they? Western Forge has produced screwdrivers for Husky in the past, including a style that was pretty close (if not identical) to the standard Craftsman drivers.
I just bought a set of six Husky screwdriver a couple days ago, http://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-Variety-Screwdriver-Set-6-Piece-20210003/204465110 They were made in the USA, have a lifetime warranty, look and feel to be better made than my old Craftsman set (that my wife bought for me Christmas '78) and the most amazing thing was they cost $7.97.
They may be USA made but the quality over time has been diminished.
I bought a USA made Craftsman screw driver set about 8-9 yrs ago. The classic design that they have used for years. The first time I used the P2 was on a stubborn Phillips and I stripped the screw driver tip. Not the screw! Now this could have been an odd outlier but it was sure disappointing. Of course they replaced it with no hassles. With all of the factories consolidating and moving product lines things can get chaotic. Just sharing.
The Husky has a Lifetime warranty at HD and they are US made. You should not have any trouble selling them regardless of the factory they were made in.
