Who made MOPAR Combination Wrenches?

I have a few of these... Some people seem to like them. I still have no clue as to who made them...

This one is collecting dust in a drawer behind my computer....

Bonney and williams made some of the award wrenches but they were gold

I have a 1/4 inch Mopar breaker bar, with a 3/8 socket. I bought these off Ebay several years ago. They both are stamped Mopar USA.

Also Mopar ....A set of screwdrivers
