Who made ' Patriot ' sockets ?

I picked up a 3/8" set at a local flea, missing the 13/16", but they were hardly used. Paid $10. They had USA on them. I tried combing AA for them but came up empty, never seen much of this brand on my travels, a ratchet maybe on EBay which was 1/2" drive
