Who made these Hex Drive Sockets

Hey gang, asking for someone in another group I peruse. I tried poking through some old threads, but it will take me forever to figure this out, several of you guys probably know off the top of your heads.

This guy has this handful of sockets, he's trying to figure out who made them so he can sell them. He's trying to thin the herd. Looks like two different makers / vintages to me.

I appreciate any input you can offer.

No help with the manufacturer, but love the short stack hex drive design.
