Solid aluminum. Can be positioned 3 different ways for 3 different heights. Circular recesses allow the block to be put on top of a 20 ton bottle jack.
A bunch of tire shops have them. But they've all had them since the 70s/80s and have no clue where they came from...

Spacer block for a Chicago Pneumatic 705 Pneu-draulic floor jack. Used for different heights between the jack and frame or whatever else you might be lifting.
You might try Chicago Jack in Broadview Illinois. The tool it self I believe is Obs. Are you looking for one?

Funny thing is, I have a few of those jacks... Never knew the block was an accessory for them specifically!
