Who made these wrenches?

Received a set of wrenches and trying to figure out who manufactured them. They are marked “Forged In USA” but do not have a manufacturer name on them. The interesting thing is that the beam is round and candidly quite comfortable.

I tried searching the model numbers with the sizes but no luck. Anyone happen to know who made these and/or time period?

J.H. Williams. Late 1930s to 1941. Identical in shape, appearance and finish to their "Duo-Hex" line, but considered to be an economy line or perhaps third party production for a customer, because they were not branded. Some are marked "Cromal", a bit of word play on the composition. I, and may others, share your assessment. They feel perfect in the hand.

I found a full set at a flea market a couple years ago, linked here...
