In the picture is shown a half-moon 14mm wrench but with 3/8” square drive on one end. I also want an S wrench in 14mm and 3/8” drive. Any idea where I could buy something like this without having to resort to making one? who made this type of thing?

Wasn't that made for adjusting distributors in older chevys? That is the only place I have ever seen anything like that

simple: buy a 14mm half moon spanner then buy the corresponding hex bit.
