I've become kind of fond of these V-groove pattern wrenches, and I'm curious as to who made (or makes) them. The first I saw was a Snap-On, and was surprised to then see an identical wrench marked Thorsen. I've also seen Bluegrass, Action and Powr-Kraft. Alloy Artifacts was no help, though they did pin down the dates (for Snap-On) as 1953-69.
Anybody know?
And does anyone have examples of other brands? Please post pictures!
It's a distinctive enough design that I tend to think they all came from the same manufacturer, but I'd like to hear from anyone who actually knows!

Thorsen made the Bluegrass wrenches in the style you posted, they were made for and sold by Belknap Hardware as their exclusive brand.
The Action wrench is also a Thorsen, it was their economy line offered in 1957, but that style you have was not made that early that's just when that line started.
