Who made this breaker bar?

Picked this little 1/4" breaker bar today at a sale that had a lot of older tools. On the handle it says G.M. JAPAN. Googled a while but couldn't find anything.

I have seen cheapie imports sets labeled gm. Similar to oxwall, globemaster, century stuff.
