Who made this floor jack?

The tag on the floor jack is wards 85251. Made in USA. Is this a Norco? Blackhawk?

That would be a Montgomery Ward jack, a re-badged NORCO MODEL 74150.

I did a search for "Wards 85251" and the first thing that popped up was a PDF of the parts diagram from the hcrcnow web site.
