Who made this grinder/buffer?

I'd guess 3/4 or 1 horsepower based on size. No sign of any labels. It runs smooth. Is it decent or just a Taiwan noname? The switch is the most distinctive thing about it. To me it's obviously Asian. Has a "Ming Fun" brand capacitor rated for 125V. The 250V is the voltage rating of the switch not the buffer operating voltage.

Check the screws for metric. Even now US made machine may have retrofit to Asian electric components.
