Good morning men. Is anyone able to help me on this one. There is no other markings than the front plate which is well, ya. I'd like to know about if it's worth buying and maybe restoring, I'd like to do so. If anyone would be so kind, I'd sure appreciate the help. Thanks

I have aUnited Electrical Tool from 1937 w/ that same cleat on top, Was told most likely used on ships. It takes 2 minutes to wins down after shut off. Your stand looks like someone added afterwards.

I'd restore that. That is the neatest grinder I have seen in a long time. I love the handle and the shape and thickness of the guards.

Interesting how the shrouds appear to be part of the motor housing.

Restore and flip it. You would make money IMHO.

That thing is huge for a home shop. It's for commercial or the pole barn crowd.
