Who made this puller?

Old, heavy duty gear puller I have. Looks like the logo is HT. The arms are P302, the set of jaws on the arms are P303, and the other set of jaws are P304. Can be used as either a 3 jaw or 2 jaw puller.

Looks familiar but no idea. Here’s another that sold a while back. The seller didn’t seem to know either.
