Who made this wrench?

Good evening

The second wrench from the right looks very familiar - I bet I saw it on GJ, but can not figure out who manufactured these.

Any ideas?

Thank you

Many examples and discussion on GJ, as well, including the DOE thread and the Bridgeport thread. Hard wrench to look up yourself unless you know that the patent number (97325) on it is a Design Patent, so you have to add a "D" and a few zeroes to it to use the USPTO search function: D00097325. Also, few if any other OEM's used Nickel-Molybdenum, which BHM favored. They also made a more standard-looking DOE wrench branded Master Quality without their name on it, but the Nickel-Moly composition forged in the flip side.

Thank you, Gentlemen!
... I went through around 20 pages of DOE thread last night - I guess I should have been more persistent.
