who made this ?

I bought a old toolbox full of tools with this and some more no name tools.
There were Plomb, Proto and others, was wondering who made this ratchet ? The only mark on it was the O in the web of the handle.

Yep! It's made by Plomb. WWII era.

Its a Plomb Wright field ratchet should have a number like WF-** just bought one myself and a 1/2 breaker both WF tools with other stuff for $2.
