I want to buy a few for my garage. Must be bright and work right but I see alot of complaints on amazon about water intrusion and quality issue, even with lithonia, rab and eaton. I guess nothing is made like the old days??

What I would be looking for is a quality standalone sensor, then mate it to a chosen lampholder.

Like make up your own on a deep Bell box possibly.

There must be reliably sensors on the market, but could be quite spendy.

Just seems to me all the units w integral sensors do not last, in my experience.

Continue to look into what's offered by companys you mention and other "USA" ones like them.

RTV Silicone intelligently applied at installation can help.

Consider a tiny shed roof over fixture.

I've had good luck with the ones I picked up at Home Depot:

I put them on all four corners of the shop. They are super bright, and have dual-brightness and color temperature settings, as well as sensitivity adjustment. They are also very easy to install- took me about 3 hours to get all four up, aimed, and adjusted (and I am very meticulous).
