Not sure these would fall on the really good part of the spectrum of what is available. IMO Bondhus is the value leader with Wera hex plus being preferred and PB Swiss on the high end for pricing on the USA. The patented hex plus from Wera is quite effective and is my go to for hex head HW.

MSC Industrial has all steel folding hex key sets listed on their site with Bondhus listed as the manufacturer.
There are about ten different all steel Bondhus items, although not all are listed as in stock at MSC.
The same sets are listed on page 33 of the Bondhus catalog.
Personally, I like Bondhus hex keys.
Shape wise, I actually prefer the shape of the plastic folding Bondhus sets compared to similar plastic sets I’ve used made by Wiha, or the steel sets I’ve used which look similar in shape but which were not made by Bondhus.
I also had an “all metal” set of folding hex keys that I think had cast zinc handles, and I found those heavy and uncomfortable to use, although I forget who the manufacturer was.

The "Smitty" manufactured by Hunter Tool was all metal. May not have all the sizes you want. Abundantly available second-hand on Ebay. Prices all over the map.

I have Klein's "journeyman" series folding hex key sets and I really like them. Even though they have a reinforced plastic body, they are incredibly strong and work very well for most everything I use them for.
I have an old Husky t-handle set that I have used and abused over the years and they are my go-to for anything with a hex head that only requires hand torque. I like t-handles for the better grip, especially when I am using them repeatedly all day long.

I like the bondhus for larger sizes but find the handle on the smaller sets from eklind are less obtrusive. Neither I have are metal but eklind does offer that if you really require it. TBH I would not be scared of the plastic bodies on either.
I don't know if size is a consideration but I have this Ascent Bare Bones multi-tool for bicycles which has several folding allen keys. Compact so it fits in the cycling fanny pack but has most tools.

^^^ I have two of those. Quite compact and light for its functions..
I have Eklind SAE and Torx folding sets in a leather bag I keep on my Harley. They are good tools but I've had them awhile. Not sure of today's product. As I have built my tool set, I have went to Bondhus L keys for hex and Torx and Bondhus Torx screwdrivers because my machinist buddies all recommend Bondhus. But the Eklinds were all I had for quite some time and they have worked well.
