SK is better finished and better warranty? Good lord I want some of that kool-aid... I love SK but they have QC issues and I hate mailing stuff in. I've never had any problem at all with the Proto dealer here, within 5 miles of my house and work, I can't recommend them highly enough 
I wonder how many are just repeating what they read in a certain recent thread on here rather than actually had a warranty problem themselves? As far as finish, my Proto stuff is absolutely flawless and I can find something wrong with every single SK tool I own. I don't really care, just throwing that out there since everyone is saying SK is finished better...
