Have a link so we can see ? Never mind. I just looked it up. They look the same as Waterloo and Craftsman premium heavy duty. So Waterloo it seems to be

They are in fact waterloo. I sell some at our dealership. Anf they come from waterloo.
Are they good for the money? For around $600 is there a better option reguarding quality to roughly the same size. I know buy used truck brands but if I can't find one I want to have eyes on a product that will be my back up.
