The Knuckle Saver wrenches are made in Dallas, Texas. The Precision Torque wrenches are made in Taiwan. Give me a part number and I'll tell you where it's made.

MAC is owned by the Stanley family of tools. The wrenches are made in either A: Dallas for the Knuckle Saver line and B: Taiwan for the Facom Made 440 clones. Both are excellent wrenches as I have owned both in the past but the Facom made have a wonderful feel.

MAC no longer has dedicated manufacturing facilities. Stanley has consolidated much of the production into their "Stanley Tool Works" buildings which are located in Dallas. They share production lines with Proto.

Also just a note about the MAC Facom clones, both the MACs and actual Facoms are made in Taiwan in the same building.

10x11mm double box end wrench. That one there is a Genuine MAC wrench. The R at the end of the part number is the dead give away; that and it's a traditional MAC design.

The R stands for 'Revised' and all MAC wrenches and sockets with the letter R on the end of the part number have been revised with the following improvements:

1. Macdrive off corner fastener engagement
2. Super thin box wall for improved access
3. 4 detents instead of a side lock hole (sockets)

Dude I have a set in both racheting flex and non racheting. Imo the best damm wrenches I have used. I reach for them before my snap on or knuckle savers. Never have had to warrenty one and I work in a auto salvage yard.
