Who makes the AT200D for Blue Point?

I picked up an older blue point 3/8" air ratchet at the flea market for $30 and it works great, so I just ordered a new AT200D to go with it. I noticed it is made in Japan, and I started to wonder who actually made the thing. Anyone know?

Which one are you asking about? I guess the AT200D since it's in the title. Looks like Sioux makes that.

The AT200D is the only one I know is for sure made in Japan, that's the one I'm curious about.
