Yup look like a victor copy, or re-brand, but cant tell from the pic exactly. Need to get ur hands on a real set to know. Im sure they're quality, but there are cheapies out there. HF has a Victor copy set that's made in China, but all the Victor stuff fits it. So you really got to look at one in person to know.
Im sure someone has one and will post pics or give their opinions.
