Who makes them? Armstrong Tool Box's

Ive been looking for a new tool box, my budget is around or under 3,000. I was flipping through my Armstrong catalog and spotted these. Anyone know who makes them? Are they made by the place that makes Matco boxes?

Those are basically Matco boxes (older style). Matco and Armastrong both owned by the same company and share a lot of products.. Should be made in Jamestown. The smaller boxes, 40" and under are Waterloo. Should be a very good box. Also if you care, many Proto boxes are the same as Mac.
