Who makes these metal storage boxes?

I bought these off CL locally and the guy said they're made by Huot but I can't find any info at all and being that they're blue, I doubt it. I've been googling and searching on Ebay for a week and looked through a ton of sites at different makers and can't find them.

I bought 12 brand new in the paper and I'd like to get an roller index for them.

They are 24.5 x 10 inches and 1.5 deep and have no markings at all. They have no compartments, totally open on the inside.

Any help in ID would be super!

Gonna bump this one to the top, since I can't find the thread I was looking for, but:

Does anyone know a source for these, or other small metal hinged-lid boxes with latches like these?

Snap-on shows a number of them on their website, but they're all out of stock.

I have a desire/need for several in a variety of sizes, and would like to try to find some, but am having absolutely no luck.
