I believe they are the manufacture. We have a similar one at work that was bought from a closing Chevy dealership. It is a great lift imo.

That lift is manufactured by one of Snap-On's wholly owned subsidiaries called Wheeltronics and it's located in Mississauga, Ontario. They aren't bad lifts, but $2700.00 for a used one is too much. Maybe $1500 if it's in perfect condition. Expect a lot of flex in the columns and arms if you get over 50% of the lift capacity.

The main problem that I've seen with Snap-On lifts is that getting parts for them is difficult in the best of circumstances. If you call their customer service in Arkansas, most likely, the person you're talking to has no idea what a lift is or that they even sell them, much less where they find a parts breakdown. They make great tools, but when it comes to equipment, Snap On is usually overpriced and lacking the quality you would expect.

Thanks Frank! Unfortunately I paid $2500 yesturday for this lift. It was a cash deal so I guess I didn't get a very good deal. On a good note it was only in service for about a month so it is used but barely. It still looks NEW. Thanks again- Kevin

I'm sure you'll be happy with it. It looks like mine, mine is a wheeltronics and I have had no problems with it. The arms don't flex with a 4 door long wheel base 3/4 ton truck on it. When I bought it, I took it down and broke the limit switch. Had no problem finding replacement parts. Good luck!
